Assistant Manager / Senior Consultant – ICFR & Risk Advisory

About the role

Join the Financial Accounting & Advisory Services (FAAS) team to help clients tackle accounting and financial reporting challenges. You will work on internal control over financial reporting (ICFR) engagements for large, complex organisations, gaining exposure to analytics, decision‑making and finance transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Risk and Control Matrices (RCMs) and document financial reporting processes.
• Prepare As‑Is process documentation, flowcharts and narratives for key business cycles.
• Perform design and operating effectiveness testing of internal controls, document results and recommend remediation.
• Lead stakeholder meetings, present findings to senior management and audit committees, and act as a trusted advisor on ICFR compliance.
• Manage end‑to‑end ICFR engagements, ensuring quality deliverables and mentoring junior team members.

Required profile

• Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA or CPA.
• 6–8 years of experience in ICFR, internal audit or financial reporting advisory, preferably in a Big 4 environment.
• Strong knowledge of COSO framework, SOX compliance and IFRS.
• Excellent project management and client relationship abilities.
