Assistant Manager Solutions Pre‑Sales & Project Management

About the role

The Assistant Manager Solutions Pre‑Sales & Project Management will support DICT revenue generation for the assigned region and act as the second‑in‑command to the Manager on all pre‑sales and project delivery matters. The role ensures opportunities are qualified, proposals are margin‑safe, handovers are clean, and delivery proceeds to customer acceptance and billing.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in technical discovery, drafting architecture, BoQ/BoM, network diagrams and customer‑ready Statement of Work.
• Run RFP/RFI processes, coordinate inputs from Architecture, Products, Legal, Finance, Credit/Contracts and partners to submit compliant bids.
• Lead tendering activities, manage proposal packaging, forms, clarifications and approvals.
• Coordinate pricing with Product Owners, ensuring discounts and terms follow approval rules.
• Collaborate with HQ Solution Architecture for complex designs and verify contracts reflect agreed scope, SLAs and billing triggers.
• Track project milestones, risks and changes after contract kick‑off, escalating blockers early.
• Provide status reports to Account Managers and customers, securing acceptance and billing evidence.
• Capture win/loss and price‑to‑win insights, feeding back to Architecture and Products.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Telecom/Electrical Engineering or IT.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in pre‑sales or project management.
• OEM certifications for presales roles are preferred.
• Project Management certification is a plus.
