Assistant Manager - Supply Chain

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Supply Chain will oversee inventory planning and replenishment for our retail ladies fabric line. You will work closely with buying, merchandising, warehouse, logistics and retail operations to ensure product availability across stores.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inventory planning and timely replenishment for retail outlets.
• Monitor stock levels, analyze sales and demand trends, and optimise inventory turnover.
• Coordinate with buying, merchandising, warehouse, logistics and retail teams to ensure smooth product flow.
• Prepare and maintain inventory, replenishment and supply‑chain reports.
• Resolve stock‑related issues and facilitate inter‑store transfers when needed.
• Support seasonal launches, promotions and new product roll‑outs.
• Identify slow‑moving, fast‑moving and non‑moving items and recommend corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, inventory management or retail operations.
• Experience in retail fashion or textile industry is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems.
