Assistant Manager Technical Support

About the role

Al Madina Enterprises is seeking an Assistant Manager – Technical Support to oversee internal IT infrastructure and deliver high‑quality customer technical assistance for its data storage and information security solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain internal IT infrastructure, including networks, systems, devices, and company software tools.
• Handle and resolve technical support tickets, ensuring timely and professional responses.
• Support escalations, deployments, and post‑sale technical assistance for storage and security products.
• Coordinate daily activities of the support team and uphold consistent service quality standards.
• Collaborate with Sales and Pre‑Sales teams during customer onboarding and technical hand‑overs.
• Maintain documentation, ticketing, and workflow tracking in line with company standards.
• Troubleshoot internal system and network issues, escalating complex matters when necessary.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT infrastructure management and/or technical support, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong technical foundation with knowledge of networking, systems administration, and familiarity with storage/security solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor under pressure.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to lead by example.
• Prior experience managing or mentoring a small technical team is a plus.
