About the role
The Department of Pathology is seeking an Assistant Professor to join its academic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high‑quality teaching, supporting clinical diagnostics, and contributing to the educational mission of the institution.
Key responsibilities
- Provide lectures, tutorials and practical sessions in pathology for undergraduate and postgraduate students.
- Supervise and mentor trainees during clinical diagnostic activities.
- Participate in the development and evaluation of curriculum and assessment tools.
- Collaborate with faculty members on research and scholarly activities related to pathology.
Required profile
- MBBS degree and FCPS qualification in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
- Valid registration with the Pakistan Medical & Dental Council (PMDC).
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Registrar or equivalent in a recognized hospital.
- Demonstrated clinical, diagnostic and teaching abilities.
