Assistant Project Manager

About the role

As an Assistant Project Manager you will support project teams in planning, executing, and monitoring initiatives, gaining valuable project management experience in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets while keeping stakeholders informed of progress and risks.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Coordinate meetings, document minutes and action items, and facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders.
• Monitor deliverables and timelines, flagging deviations for the Project Manager.
• Support the preparation of status reports, presentations, and documentation to promote transparency and informed decision‑making.

Required profile

• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and a willingness to learn new tools.
• Proficiency in standard office software and quick adaptation to new applications.
• Proactive problem‑solving attitude.
