About the role
We are seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to drive new business opportunities and support our software sales team. The role involves direct interaction with potential clients, managing the sales cycle, and acting as a liaison between developers and customers.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and generate new on‑shore business opportunities.
- Meet with potential clients to understand their needs.
- Negotiate terms, finalize deals, and prepare contracts.
- Serve as the communication channel between developers and clients.
- Follow up with clients regarding services and maintain strong relationships.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and writing abilities.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Proven background in software sales.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
What we offer
- Base salary plus commission on sales.
