Assistant Sales Manager

About the role

Juniper Energy, a Karachi‑based distributor of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and solar solutions, is seeking an experienced Assistant Sales Manager. This full‑time, client‑facing position will drive growth of the BESS and energy storage portfolio, build lasting B2B relationships, and help shape the company’s commercial strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales of BESS, energy storage, and solar products across commercial and industrial segments.
• Develop and manage a robust B2B distribution network, including dealers, resellers, EPC contractors, and channel partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into long‑term accounts.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals in line with company targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to inform sales strategy.
• Coordinate with procurement and technical teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate sales pipelines and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Business or related field preferred).
• Minimum 7 years of sales experience with a proven record in BESS or energy storage products.
• Strong B2B sales background and an established distribution or channel network.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and capable of working independently.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools.
