About the role
Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join the store management team in Lahore. The role supports the Store Manager and Associate Store Manager, ensuring brand equity, customer satisfaction, and financial growth.
Key responsibilities
- Implement strategies to grow sales and analyze data to drive revenue growth.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and uphold high standards.
- Provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming shopping environment.
- Mentor and motivate team members by providing guidance and leading by example.
Required profile
- 3+ years of retail leadership experience with proven coaching and training skills.
- Demonstrates discretion, professional judgement, tact and diplomacy.
- Collaborative role model aligned with company culture and policies.
- Physically able to lift up to 40 lbs., kneel, reach overhead and climb ladders.
