Assistant/Associate Manager – Commercial Excellence

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant/Associate Manager – Commercial Excellence to drive sales force effectiveness at Getz Life. The role will use data‑driven analytics, performance management and CRM optimisation to boost field force productivity and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of Sales Force Effectiveness strategies.
• Analyse sales trends, customer coverage, productivity and business performance indicators.
• Participate in target‑setting and incentive scheme design.
• Identify automation opportunities and optimise processes.
• Develop and maintain sales performance dashboards, scorecards and regular management reports.
• Monitor field‑force KPIs such as call productivity, coverage, frequency and target achievement.
• Manage incentive calculations, performance tracking and CRM administration.
• Conduct territory alignment and customer segmentation analyses.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance and IT to meet reporting and analytics needs.
• Ensure data integrity across commercial reporting systems and provide ad‑hoc analyses.

Required profile

• Graduate in Marketing, Business Analytics, Finance or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5–8 years of experience in Sales Force Effectiveness, Commercial Excellence or Sales Operations.
• Proven track record in business analytics, performance management and incentive administration.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, consumer healthcare or FMCG sectors is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau or QlikView.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and sales force automation platforms.
• Data visualisation and dashboard development.
• Strong analytical and numerical aptitude.
