Associate – Administration & Land Management

About the role

The Associate, Administration and Land Management will support Aga Khan University in overseeing its institutional land assets. The role involves coordinating with government bodies, conducting site visits, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements for construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with external stakeholders such as Tapedar, Mukhtiyar, DC Malir, Revenue Board, Project Implementation Unit and Master Planners of Education City.
• Conduct individual and joint site visits to assess on‑ground conditions and recommend actions.
• Visit government agencies (SBCA, KDA, SEPA) to obtain statutory approvals and stay updated on regulations.
• Prepare and maintain case‑wise reports for each land parcel owned by the university.
• Manage record‑keeping related to land and property documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, public administration, business administration, land management, real estate or property management (property law qualification optional).
• 4–5 years of relevant experience, preferably with government or local authority agencies.
• Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders and technical teams.
• Physically fit, active and street‑smart; age range 27‑35.

Required skills

• Ability to read and interpret land/property documentation.
• Strong record‑keeping and reporting capabilities.
