Associate B2B Communication Designer

About the role

tkxel is looking for an Associate B2B Communication Designer to own and evolve its visual brand across B2B campaigns, presentations, and digital content. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, balancing speed, style, and scale while leveraging AI‑powered design tools to accelerate ideation and production.

Key responsibilities

• Design concepts for campaigns, decks, and marketing materials in multiple formats and languages.
• Create illustrations, infographics, and data visualisations that simplify complex information.
• Maintain consistency of tkxel’s visual identity across all touchpoints.
• Manage several projects simultaneously and deliver high‑quality work on deadline.
• Utilise AI design tools such as Figma AI, Adobe Firefly, and Midjourney to speed up workflow.

Required profile

• Less than 2 years of professional design experience, preferably in a B2B setting.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand, illustration, and digital‑marketing work.
• Excellent visual communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast‑moving team.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Figma.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Hands‑on experience with AI design tools (Figma AI, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney).
• Solid understanding of typography, colour, hierarchy, and branding.
