Associate, Client Delivery

About the role

As an Associate in Client Delivery you will act as a service partner, collaborating with Relationship Managers, Product Sales, Operations and other internal stakeholders to resolve client channel issues and identify improvement opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service against agreed standards and maintain minimal error rates.
• Drive continuous improvement of operational efficiency and process consistency.
• Provide quality support and advice to Relationship Managers on documentation matters across all lending units.
• Assist corporate and institutional banking clients with channel activation, pre‑transactional enquiries, training and issue resolution.
• Create and review Customer Due Diligence (CDD) for new and existing clients, performing regulatory onboarding activities.
• Conduct checks on CDD outputs, enforce compliance requirements and follow internal controls.
• Perform account opening activities and coordinate with on‑shore and hub teams for fast system set‑up.
• Manage Straight2Bank channel activation, including setup, testing and internal operations configurations.
• Ensure adherence to money‑laundering prevention procedures and report suspicious activity.
• Maintain document safekeeping, data confidentiality and compliance with internal and regulatory policies.
