Associate Clinical Consultant

About the role

Join a leading EMR and AI healthcare solutions provider as an Associate Clinical Consultant. You will blend clinical expertise with cutting‑edge technology to develop evidence‑based content, optimise workflows, and support AI‑driven decision making that improves patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain clinical content such as treatment pathways, order sets, and documentation templates across multiple specialties.
• Analyse existing clinical workflows, identify improvement opportunities and implement AI‑enhanced solutions.
• Collaborate with clinicians, healthcare providers and product teams to ensure content aligns with the latest medical guidelines.
• Work closely with EMR and AI development teams to integrate clinical content and intelligent workflows into the software platform.
• Participate in user acceptance testing and provide training and support to end‑users.

Required profile

• MBBS degree from a HEC‑recognized university.
• 2‑3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within EMR or healthcare technology.
• Familiarity with US healthcare system is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Experience with EMR systems and healthcare informatics.
• Knowledge of medical coding systems such as ICD‑10, CPT and SNOMED CT.
