Associate Designer (Product & Brand)

About the role

Mahaana, Pakistan’s first digital wealth management company, is seeking an Associate Designer to help shape its visual identity and improve product user experiences. This junior position offers exposure to both brand and product design within a fast‑growing fintech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain brand visual assets, including logos, guidelines, marketing collateral, and digital media.
• Collaborate with product teams to create intuitive UI designs, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity mockups.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to align design solutions with business goals and technical constraints.
• Build and maintain design systems, creating reusable components and guidelines for consistency.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders, incorporate feedback, and refine solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication or a related field.
• 0–1 years of experience in brand or product design.
• Willingness to learn and adapt between brand and product design tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience using Figma for UI design and prototyping.
• Strong visual design sense with attention to detail.
