Associate Engineering Manager / Team Lead (Remote)

About the role

We’re looking for someone ready to step into Engineering Management — a people‑focused leader with strong engineering understanding, delivery ownership, and the ability to support engineering teams in an AI‑enabled environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support an engineering team in delivering high‑quality outcomes.
• Coach, mentor, and help engineers grow.
• Improve team ways of working, ownership, and collaboration.
• Work closely with Product/POs and stakeholders on priorities and delivery.
• Identify delivery, team, or process risks and drive resolution.
• Support onboarding, knowledge sharing, and team development.
• Guide the team on effective and responsible AI usage.
• Promote good practices around quality, observability, incidents, and automation.

Required profile

• Strong experience as a Senior/Lead Engineer, Team Lead, or similar role.
• Demonstrated experience mentoring, guiding, or coordinating engineers.
• Good understanding of software development and modern engineering practices.
• Experience working in fast‑paced Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong ownership, prioritization, and decision‑making skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Understanding of AI‑assisted engineering workflows.
• Self‑driven, pragmatic, and people‑focused mindset.
