Associate Enrollment Executive

About the role

The Associate Enrollment Executive will manage provider enrollments with healthcare payers, vendors, and clearinghouses. You will ensure accurate processing of EDI, ERA, and EFT enrollments while supporting internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve timely enrollment outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Process EDI, ERA, and EFT enrollments in accordance with SOPs.
• Verify payer and vendor requirements, follow up on approvals and rejections.
• Analyze enrollment data, maintain records, and interpret payer responses and claim rejections.
• Support HCFA 1500 alignment, plan mapping, duplicate plan merging, and payer mapping activities.
• Coordinate with EDI Support, IT, and management for system access and configurations.
• Prepare enrollment status reports and contribute to process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in provider enrollment, healthcare operations, eligibility, claims, or customer support.
• Strong analytical, communication, planning, and organizational abilities.
• Team‑oriented, dependable, and eager to learn.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of EDI, ERA, EFT, and clearinghouse processes.
• Familiarity with payer enrollment procedures.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
