Associate Game Producer

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Associate Game Producer who lives and breathes mobile games. This entry‑level position is perfect for recent graduates or candidates with up to six months of experience who have a strong understanding of mobile gaming, excellent instincts, and a genuine desire to create great player experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with producers, designers, artists, developers, and QA throughout the development cycle.
• Assist in managing tasks, timelines, and team coordination.
• Playtest games regularly, provide structured feedback, and identify gameplay issues from a player perspective.
• Research top‑performing mobile games and market trends to inform feature planning.
• Support documentation, sprint execution, bug tracking, and progress follow‑up to ensure timely delivery.
• Contribute to improving player experience using data‑driven and player‑focused thinking.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or up to six months of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Game Development, Business, or a related field.
• Genuine passion for mobile gaming and regular play of mobile titles.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, eager to learn, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with project‑management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or Notion.
• Basic knowledge of game analytics or mobile game KPIs.
• Understanding of game loops, player retention, progression systems, LiveOps, in‑game economy, and monetization is a plus.
