About the role

Rizq is seeking a creative and motivated Associate Graphic Designer to join its team. This early‑career position offers the chance to work on a variety of visual projects while developing professional design skills in a fast‑moving, mission‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create and support visual content for social media, websites, marketing campaigns, events, and print materials.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and other teams to develop engaging design concepts.
• Maintain consistency with Rizq’s brand guidelines across all visual outputs.
• Edit, refine, and update designs based on feedback and project requirements.
• Assist in developing presentations, infographics, reports, promotional materials, and campaign collateral.
• Adapt designs for various digital and print formats while preserving visual quality.
• Stay updated on current design trends, tools, and creative practices.
• Manage assigned design tasks effectively and meet agreed timelines and deadlines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication Design, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual composition.
• Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret briefs and translate ideas into effective visual designs.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and continuously improve design skills.
