Associate Growth Executive

About the role

Devsinc is looking for an ambitious Associate Growth Executive to join its expanding sales team. You will help identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and support the company’s growth strategy within the technology sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Collaborate with marketing, delivery and other cross‑functional teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective clients.
• Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and competitor activity.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates with strong drive are encouraged to apply; prior BD or sales experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Result‑oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
• Strong networking abilities and confidence in client interactions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for technology and eagerness to learn about software development services.

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
