Associate I - Assurance Transformation

About the role

PwC is seeking an Associate I to support the design, implementation, adoption, and governance of digital transformation initiatives within the Assurance practice. The role enables audit teams through innovative technologies, drives user adoption, and contributes to emerging AI‑enabled audit solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Support the implementation and rollout of assurance technologies and digital transformation initiatives across the firm.
• Assist with user adoption activities, communications, awareness campaigns, and change management initiatives.
• Collaborate with methodology leaders, territory stakeholders, and project teams to gather requirements, obtain approvals, and support implementation readiness activities.
• Perform research and analysis on emerging technologies, AI capabilities, and audit innovation opportunities.
• Coordinate meetings, stakeholder interviews, project communications, and transformation network activities.
• Monitor project progress, maintain documentation repositories, and track implementation actions, risks, and dependencies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate management acumen.
• Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.
