Associate Manager – Treasury

About the role

The Associate Manager – Treasury will support Majid Al Futtaim Retail’s finance function by ensuring reliable cash management, liquidity monitoring and accurate treasury reporting. This role is based at the Head Office in Lahore and works closely with banking partners and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash positions, liquidity and banking facilities to meet business funding needs.
• Support cash‑flow forecasting, track actual cash flows against forecasts and manage funding requirements.
• Manage banking relationships, coordinate day‑to‑day banking activities and maintain bank account mandates and signatory updates.
• Oversee sales, bank and electronic payment reconciliations, including card and QR settlements.
• Review treasury‑related accounting postings such as bank charges, settlements and fund transfers.
• Prepare daily, monthly and periodic treasury reports and ensure timely submission to Corporate Retail Treasury.
• Ensure compliance with treasury policies, identify financial risks and coordinate with accounting, banks and auditors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Mathematics or Statistics.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a treasury or finance role, preferably within retail.
• High level of organization, attention to detail and strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
