Associate Network Engineer

About the role

The Associate Network Engineer will support Arwen’s clients across Pakistan by planning, designing and implementing network infrastructure that integrates Cisco, Juniper and other technologies. This full‑time, onsite position involves hands‑on deployments, troubleshooting and collaboration with the enterprise architecture team.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the design, integration, optimization and migration of network solutions for client sites nationwide.
• Deploy and configure subnets, VLANs, VOIP telephony, VPN tunnels and wireless LANs.
• Open and manage JTAC and Cisco TAC cases to resolve complex issues.
• Provide engineering support for troubleshooting network connectivity, Internet access and related services.
• Work with team members to address customer satisfaction issues and any additional tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of progressive networking experience.
• Relevant certifications such as JNCIS, JNCIA‑IDP, IUWVNCCNP or CCNA.
• Strong communication skills and ability to meet deadlines.
