Associate Quality Engineer – P1

About the role

We are seeking an Associate Quality Engineer (P1) to join our manufacturing team. The role focuses on ensuring that raw materials, components and finished parts meet our stringent quality standards before they enter production.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct incoming inspection of raw materials, components, and accessories according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Verify the quality of newly developed parts and materials before they are released to mass production.
• Coordinate material testing activities and maintain accurate inspection and quality records.
• Monitor supplier quality performance, analyse rejection trends, and support supplier improvement initiatives.
• Prepare quality reports, supplier evaluations, and inspection documentation.
• Coordinate claim processing, corrective actions, and resolution of quality‑related issues.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, Mechatronics or a related engineering discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in QA, QC, IQC, process quality, supplier quality or manufacturing quality.
• Strong knowledge of quality standards, technical drawings, inspection techniques and quality improvement tools.
• Proficiency in data analysis and quality reporting.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
