Audit Director (Offshore/Remote)

About the role

We are expanding our Audit Delivery practice and are seeking Audit Directors currently working with a Big 4 firm to join our growing team. This is a unique leadership opportunity to support Engagement Partners on audit clients while managing selected audit engagements independently. The role offers significant responsibility, exposure to international clients, and the chance to contribute to a high‑performing audit delivery model.

Key responsibilities

• Support Engagement Partners on audits
• Act as the Responsible Individual (RI) for selected audit engagements
• Ensure compliance with professional standards, audit methodology, and quality requirements
• Collaborate with global audit teams to deliver high‑quality client service
• Drive audit quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement across engagements

Required profile

• Currently serving as a Senior Manager / Audit Director in an audit firm with a proven track record of handling clients independently or with limited supervision
• Qualified CA, ACCA, or CPA
• Minimum 10 years of external audit experience
• Strong understanding of audit methodology, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements
• Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder management, and people development capabilities
