Audit Executive

About the role

Inbox Business Technologies is seeking an Audit Executive to strengthen internal controls, ensure regulatory compliance, and improve operational efficiency. This full‑time position offers the chance to work across multiple business functions in a tech‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Manager of Internal Audit in maintaining and updating audit documentation in line with IIA standards.
• Support planning, execution, reporting and closure of internal audit engagements across business units.
• Use Oracle ERP to extract, review and analyse financial data such as general ledger, budgets, receivables, project costs and variance reports.
• Review segment‑wise and project‑wise performance, identify variances and control gaps.
• Perform quarterly financial review procedures, including analysis of related‑party transactions under applicable accounting and regulatory requirements.
• Carry out analytical and substantive audit procedures on budgets, receivables, costs and variances.
• Track and follow up on audit observations and management action plans to ensure timely closure.
• Coordinate with finance for monthly monitoring activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Auditing or a related field.
• ACC​A, CA or CIA part‑qualified preferred.
• 2‑3 years of experience in internal audit.
• Strong understanding of audit procedures, risk management and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, documentation and communication skills with a detail‑oriented, structured work approach.
• Working knowledge of IFRS and IIA standards.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
