About the role
The Audit Manager will lead the Audit and Assurance department in Karachi, overseeing audit engagements for a diverse client base. This role is responsible for ensuring high‑quality audit work, compliance with standards, and delivering valuable insights to stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, execute and supervise audit assignments from start to completion.
- Review audit workpapers and ensure adherence to professional standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and mentor junior audit staff, providing guidance and performance feedback.
- Communicate audit findings and recommendations to clients and senior management.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of accounting and auditing standards.
Required profile
- ACA or ACCA membership (qualified).
- Minimum of 1 year post‑qualification experience in audit or assurance.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Required skills
- In‑depth knowledge of audit standards and procedures.
- Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office applications.
