Audit Supervisor

About the role

The Audit Supervisor will lead audit engagements for small to medium‑sized business clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the firm’s quality standards. You will work closely with partners and managers while supervising and mentoring audit staff.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and allocate resources for audit engagements.
• Manage project budgets and communicate any scope or timing overruns to partners.
• Supervise staff, review workpapers, and ensure compliance with quality requirements.
• Provide on‑the‑job training, coaching, and mentorship to junior team members.
• Maintain regular communication with partners, managers, and clients regarding engagement status.
• Participate in research, staff training, and preparation of tax returns and financial statements.

Required profile

• CPA certification and a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• Minimum of three years’ auditing experience in a public accounting firm or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication, research abilities, and leadership qualities.
