Authorized Distribution Partner – Lahore

About the role

SSA BRO'S, a fast‑growing FMCG company in Pakistan, is seeking an experienced Authorized Distribution Partner to lead the distribution and market development of its Food & Snacks portfolio in Lahore. The partner will act as the company’s local face, ensuring products reach retailers and wholesalers efficiently while driving brand growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day distribution operations across assigned territories in Lahore.
• Ensure timely delivery and product availability at retail and wholesale outlets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers and key accounts.
• Plan delivery routes, monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment.
• Identify new retail opportunities and expand market coverage.
• Track market demand, competitor activity and product movement.
• Prepare regular reports on sales, stock, collections and market insights for SSA BRO'S management.
• Maintain proper product handling, merchandising standards and compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in FMCG distribution, sales or channel management, preferably in snacks or food.
• Deep knowledge of Lahore’s retail and wholesale landscape.
• Existing network of retailers or wholesalers in Lahore is a strong advantage.
• Ability to build long‑term relationships with trade partners.
• Strong numerical and analytical aptitude for monitoring sales, inventory and collections.
• Effective communication and negotiation capabilities.
