Auto Parts Customer Service Virtual Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Virtual Assistant with solid knowledge of auto parts to join our Customer Success team. Based in Islamabad/Rawalpindi, you will work remotely, handling customer inquiries through Facebook chat, website chat, and phone calls, while processing online orders and ensuring a smooth buying experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer questions via Facebook, website chat, and telephone.
• Process online auto‑parts orders accurately and efficiently.
• Manage and follow up on leads generated from Facebook and other online platforms.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through professional sales service.
• Record interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with colleagues and adhere to communication guidelines and policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a virtual assistant or customer support agent, preferably in the auto‑parts sector.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Deep understanding of auto parts and their applications.
• High school diploma; additional education in sales, marketing, or automotive technology is a plus.
