About the role
We are looking for a motivated AutoCAD Operator to join Encom’s engineering team in Karachi. The role focuses on producing accurate 2D and 3D mechanical drawings that support product development and engineering projects. You will work closely with engineers to translate technical specifications into clear, production‑ready drawings.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare detailed 2D and 3D mechanical drawings using AutoCAD.
- Interpret technical drawings, specifications and engineering notes.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency and quality of all drafting output.
- Maintain drawing libraries and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback.
- Collaborate with engineers and project members to meet design deadlines.
Required profile
- Basic to advanced knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Understanding of mechanical drawing conventions and concepts.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively.
- Ability to work well within a team environment.
- Both fresh graduates and experienced drafters are encouraged to apply.
