About the role

We are seeking a Process Automation Engineer to design and deploy intelligent automation solutions that boost operational efficiency across our blockchain intelligence platform. The role is fully remote and focuses on eliminating manual work and accelerating data analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery and analysis of business processes across all departments to identify high‑impact automation opportunities.
• Architect, build, and maintain scalable automation workflows using low‑code platforms such as n8n, Make, and Zapier, extending them with custom JavaScript or Python code.
• Pioneer AI‑driven automations, integrating large language models for tasks like content summarization and data reconciliation.
• Manage the end‑to‑end lifecycle of automation projects from ideation through deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in process automation, software development, or a similar role with a proven portfolio of deployed projects.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work autonomously, breaking high‑level goals into actionable steps.

Required skills

• Proficiency with low‑code/no‑code automation platforms (e.g., n8n, Make, Zapier).
• Advanced scripting in JavaScript (Node.js) and/or Python.
• Experience designing fault‑tolerant workflow architectures and multi‑system API integrations.
