B2B Field Sales Executive – Hygiene Products

About the role

Fulcrum is hiring on behalf of its client in the hygiene products industry for a B2B Field Sales Executive in Karachi. The role covers institutional sales of handwash and hygiene products across the industrial zones and Hub, with a salary budget of PKR 80,000 to 150,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

• Visit factories, industrial units, corporate offices and other potential institutional customers to promote handwash and hygiene products.
• Identify new business opportunities and build a pipeline of corporate and institutional clients.
• Present products to procurement managers, purchase departments, administration teams and other decision-makers.
• Generate leads, follow up, negotiate commercial terms and close bulk sales orders.
• Build long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and meet monthly sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs, and keep accurate records of visits, leads, interactions and orders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B field sales, institutional sales or corporate sales.
• Experience selling FMCG, handwash, hygiene or cleaning products is preferred.
• Fluency in Urdu is essential.
• Willingness to travel daily across Karachi's industrial areas and Hub.

• Confidence in face-to-face sales pitches with corporate decision-makers.
