B2B Paid Campaign Specialist – IT Services

About the role

PureLogics is seeking a Paid Campaign Specialist to plan, execute and optimise B2B lead‑generation campaigns across multiple platforms. The role focuses on driving high‑quality leads for IT services and software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns on LinkedIn, Google, Meta and Reddit Ads.
• Develop and test ad copy, creatives, audiences and landing pages.
• Manage GA4, pixels, tags and conversion tracking.
• Monitor performance, optimise for leads, conversions and CPL.
• Collaborate with sales to improve lead quality and outcomes.
• Prepare performance reports with actionable insights.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of hands‑on paid advertising experience.
• Experience with B2B and lead‑generation campaigns.
• Strong understanding of analytics, attribution, tracking and reporting.
• Testing and experimentation mindset.
• Familiarity with AI and automation in paid advertising.

Required skills

• LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Reddit Ads.
• GA4, pixel implementation, tag management and conversion tracking.
• HubSpot (preferred), landing page optimisation, retargeting and audience segmentation.
