B2B Sales Development Representative - AI SaaS

About the role

Huzzle connects talent with leading companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe and Australia, including SaaS, MarTech, FinTech and EdTech. This is a full-time, independent contractor position with a fast-paced remote team, where you will generate qualified leads, book sales meetings and build outbound pipelines for AI-driven software solutions. You will be placed directly with a client as a core member of their team.

Key responsibilities

• Outbound prospecting by cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach and social selling
• Identify and qualify potential clients within target industries and ICPs
• Generate and schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives
• Research prospects and personalise outreach messaging
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve outreach and conversion
• Meet or exceed monthly KPIs on outreach, meetings booked and pipeline generated
• Stay informed on AI trends, SaaS products and competitors

Required profile

• 2+ years in a Sales Development Representative, business development or outbound sales role
• Experience selling or supporting AI SaaS, SaaS platforms or B2B tech solutions
• Excellent written and verbal English
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
• KPI-driven mindset and attention to detail

• Cold outreach and lead generation
• CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive
• Sales engagement tools such as Apollo, Outreach, Lemlist or Salesloft
