B2B Sales Executive – Coal Trading

About the role

Start Trading LLC seeks a motivated B2B Sales Executive to grow its coal trading business in Pakistan. You will identify industrial buyers, build relationships, and convert leads into long‑term customers across sectors such as cement, textiles, power generation and brick manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential coal buyers through cold calling, email, WhatsApp, networking, field visits and industry research.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices and payment terms, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain an updated database of prospects, contacts, sales activities and opportunities.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics and management to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market prices, competitor activity and emerging sales opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in coal, commodities or industrial raw materials.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Familiarity with industrial buyers in Lahore and other Pakistani industrial zones.
• Fluency in English and Urdu; Punjabi is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience with email, WhatsApp Business and basic CRM or lead‑management tools.
