B2B Sales Representative – Night Shift (6pm‑3am)

About the role

Core Bhive Services is seeking a motivated B2B Sales Representative to work the night shift (6 pm to 3 am) in Lahore. You will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships to achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new B2B sales opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate leads.
• Present company products/services and deliver tailored solutions to clients.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate sales records and update the CRM.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and support.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or corporate sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and customer‑focused.
