Backend Developer – .NET & React

About the role

Contour Software is looking for a Backend Developer to join its RazorSync division. You will work from the Lahore/Islamabad resource centre, developing and enhancing a web portal that powers field‑service management solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new features and enhance existing functionality using .NET and the .NET framework.
• Translate designs and wireframes into high‑quality, maintainable code.
• Optimize components for maximum performance across a wide range of web‑capable devices and browsers.
• Write clean, scalable, and secure code and author unit tests with adequate coverage.
• Revise, update, and refactor existing code bases.
• Collaborate with QA and other engineers to debug and resolve issues.
• Participate in requirements analysis and produce technical documentation.
• Provide technical support for production systems and triage AWS‑based Windows instances when needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience with .NET/C# development.
• At least 4 years of experience developing on SQL Server.
• Proficiency with React JS for front‑end integration.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a willingness to learn new technologies.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and mentor junior members.
