About the role
CoRecruit is looking for a Backend Engineer to join its Apps Team. You will own and evolve the backend services that power the company’s AI‑driven recruitment platform. This remote role offers the chance to shape API design and work closely with product and frontend teams.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs using TypeScript and Node.js.
- Collaborate on API design, data modeling, and technical direction.
- Work closely with the React frontend team and product managers to ship end‑to‑end features.
- Participate in code reviews and raise the overall quality of the backend codebase.
Required profile
- Strong backend development experience with TypeScript and Node.js.
- Solid API design skills, capable of shaping REST and/or GraphQL APIs.
- Experience with MongoDB or comparable NoSQL data modeling.
- Ability to work independently in a remote team environment.
