Benefits Specialist – HR Total Rewards

About the role
Motive is building a world‑class benefits function to attract, reward and retain top talent. As a Benefits Specialist you will join the Total Rewards team, working closely with HR business partners, operations and finance to manage day‑to‑day benefits administration.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for employees and benefit vendors on all benefits matters.
- Coordinate Provident Fund enrollments, deductions and related inquiries.
- Manage benefits throughout the employee lifecycle, including new‑hire orientation and off‑boarding.
- Maintain accurate plan and employee records and ensure timely compliance reporting.
- Update Payroll/HRIS systems with Provident Fund deductions.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience in a benefits‑related or HR operations role.
- Strong customer‑service orientation with timely communication.
- Analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours (5:00 PM – 02:00 AM PK time).
Required skills
- Working knowledge of HR systems, preferably Workday.
- Experience with HRIS and payroll integration.
