BI Expert

About the role

We are looking for a Business Intelligence (BI) Expert to turn game data into actionable insights that guide product, marketing and executive decisions. You will join our mobile game studio, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to monitor performance and support growth.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse large datasets from game telemetry, sales and user behavior.
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with business goals.
• Design, build and maintain interactive dashboards and regular reports.
• Work closely with product development, marketing and executive teams to translate data findings into strategic recommendations.
• Continuously improve data pipelines and reporting processes.

Required profile

• Strong passion for gaming and mobile games.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear, actionable manner.
• Experience working in fast‑paced, product‑focused environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Solid programming skills in Python for analysis and automation.
• Hands‑on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
