About the role

Join the Pizza Pizza team as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, handling inbound calls in both English and French. You will be the first point of contact for customers, taking pizza orders, providing product information, and ensuring a smooth ordering experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customers with menu information, promotions, payment options, and delivery or pickup estimates.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues courteously and efficiently.

• Stay up‑to‑date with menu changes, pricing adjustments, and promotional offers.
