Bilingual Spanish Patient Coordinator

About the role

The Bilingual Spanish Patient Coordinator will work full‑time on‑site in Lahore, providing front‑desk support to patients and visitors. You will handle inbound calls, schedule appointments, and ensure a welcoming environment while using both Spanish and English.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming patient calls in Spanish and English, demonstrating professional phone etiquette.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, maintaining accurate calendars.
• Manage patient check‑ins, front‑desk and receptionist duties, and keep patient records up to date.
• Use appropriate medical terminology when communicating with patients and clinical staff.
• Support basic administrative functions and ensure the reception area remains organized.

Required profile

• Fluent in Spanish and English with strong communication skills.
• Prior experience in a healthcare or patient‑facing role is preferred.
• Ability to work on‑site in Lahore, multitask, and pay close attention to detail.
• Relevant diploma or degree in healthcare administration, communications, or a related field is an advantage.
