Bilingual Technical Support Specialist (Spanish/English)

About the role

Motive is looking for a Bilingual Technical Support Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for customers needing assistance with the Motive platform. You will provide world‑class support in both Spanish and English, helping users resolve issues, report bugs, and improve their overall experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver inbound email, chat, and voice support in Spanish and English during Pacific Standard Time business hours.
• Collect and analyze customer support requests and bugs, then relay findings to product and engineering teams.
• Evaluate existing support tools and collaborate with engineering to develop new solutions that enable the function to scale.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written Spanish and English (US).
• Strong written communication skills in both languages.
• Natural empathy for users and strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working rotational shifts.
