BPO Sales Training Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced BPO Sales Trainer to join Mars BPO’s Saddar branch. The role involves training customer service representatives, self‑closers and verifiers, developing scripts and supporting the sales floor.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver hands‑on training to CSRs, self‑closers and verifiers in a BPO environment.
• Develop and refine sales scripts and training materials.
• Identify performance gaps and implement rapid improvement plans.
• Lead by example on the floor, handling objections and applying sales psychology.

Required profile

• Prior experience in BPO sales training (any campaign such as Medicare, Auto, ACA, etc.).
• Proven ability to train and coach agents on the sales floor.
• Strong understanding of sales psychology and objection handling.
• Results‑driven with the capacity to quickly close performance gaps.

Required skills

• Experience training CSRs, self‑closers and verifiers.
• Knowledge of sales scripts development.
• Ability to analyze agent performance metrics.
