About the role

Our client Khushali Microfinance Bank is looking for a dynamic Branch Manager to lead its Mandi Bahauddin branch. This permanent, onsite role offers the chance to drive growth, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations to guarantee efficient service delivery.
• Develop and execute strategic business plans aimed at meeting targets and profitability.
• Lead, motivate and manage branch staff, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Maintain strict compliance with regulatory requirements and operational standards.
• Build and nurture strong customer relationships, handling inquiries and issues promptly.
• Analyse performance data, identify trends and implement corrective actions.
• Manage inventory and distribution to optimise stock levels and timely product delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Relevant degree such as MBA, M.Com, Master’s in Marketing, Management, Public Administration, BA, BBA, Banking & Finance or Accounting.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) preferred.
• Leadership experience in a similar industry is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
