Branch Manager (Sales)

About the role

Shaadi Organization Pakistan is looking for a results-driven Branch Manager (Sales) to lead its sales team, drive revenue growth and ensure an exceptional client experience. The position is full-time and office based, working Monday to Saturday from 11 AM to 8 PM in DHA, Phase 5, Karachi.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, manage and motivate the branch sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
• Monitor sales performance, KPIs and conversion rates
• Generate qualified leads through organic and paid strategies
• Train, mentor and evaluate sales staff
• Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
• Prepare sales reports and present insights to senior management
• Coordinate closely with marketing and operations teams

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree; a Master's in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred
• 5+ years of sales experience, including at least 2-3 years in a managerial role
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Experience in service-based or relationship-driven industries is a plus

• Salary of Rs. 150,000 to Rs. 175,000 per month depending on experience, skills and performance
