Brand Associate – Content & Communications

About the role

Qureos is rebuilding hiring with AI and automation. The Brand Associate will own how the company communicates across social media, email and editorial channels, turning content into a strategic asset that builds authority in the HR‑tech market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a social‑media strategy, managing the content calendar, creating static posts, carousels, short‑form videos and repurposing existing assets.
• Plan, write and schedule email campaigns, including newsletters, product announcements, drip and re‑engagement flows, and continuously test subject lines and CTAs.
• Own the editorial calendar, produce long‑form insight‑led blog posts, industry commentary, founder POV pieces and hiring guides that position Qureos as a thought leader.
• Monitor performance across all channels, analyse data, and optimise content based on insights.
• Collaborate with growth, product and sales teams to ensure content aligns with business priorities and reflects customer pain points.
