Brand Designer – Shape Visual Narratives

About the role

We are looking for a Brand Designer who not only executes design but also shapes brand narratives. The ideal candidate understands cultural trends, can turn abstract ideas into bold visuals, and will lead our visual identity across multiple platforms while mentoring junior creatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead brand visual direction across all touchpoints, including digital, print, social, motion, and experiential.
• Conceptualize and execute designs for web, social media, email, print, packaging, and other channels.
• Own and evolve the brand identity to ensure visual consistency and cultural resonance.
• Translate strategic briefs into creative design solutions that connect with target audiences.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, product, and employer‑branding teams to bring campaigns to life.
• Present ideas to stakeholders and efficiently incorporate feedback.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Stay current on Gen Z aesthetics, global design trends, and emerging creative tools.
• Mentor and inspire junior designers through critique, coaching, and leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in brand or graphic design (agency or in‑house).
• Proven ability to lead design direction and mentor team members.
• Strong portfolio showcasing layout, typography, color, motion, and storytelling.
• Excellent communication, time‑management, and presentation skills.
• Intuitive sense of a brand’s vibe with the ability to adapt quickly.
• Bonus: passion for internet culture, memes, music, and emerging trends.
