Brand & Growth Lead

About the role

Chughtaiz is seeking a hands‑on marketer to shape brand storytelling, produce content and drive performance marketing for its kitchen, interiors and lifestyle portfolio, including Kohler‑related campaigns. You will work directly with the founder and coordinate with the performance marketing colleague, production studio and Karachi marketing resource.

Key responsibilities

• Translate brand priorities into a monthly plan and weekly content calendar.
• Develop hooks, scripts, shot lists and creative briefs for founder stories, product demos and behind‑the‑scenes content.
• Coordinate shoots, presenters, editors and the production studio, ensuring quality and deadlines.
• Lead campaign planning and collaborate on Meta creative tests, audience targeting, tracking and optimisation.
• Measure retention, engagement, qualified enquiries and lead quality, turning insights into the next test.
• Connect marketing with sales through clear enquiry routing, follow‑up ownership and customer insights.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of hands‑on brand, social media, content or digital marketing experience with demonstrable personal contribution.
• Strong visual sense and ability to create content that drives watch, response and enquiry.
• Excellent writing, communication and project coordination skills in English and Urdu.
• Practical understanding of Meta campaigns and marketing analytics, able to explain personal impact on results.
• Portfolio showcasing content, campaigns or brand work, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, interiors or premium retail.
